Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop
The last surviving royal descendant of the Kamehameha legacy and the founder of the Kamehameha Schools. Princess Bernice Pauahi's statue was erected in the Royal Grove at the Royal Hawaiian where she spent her last days writing an amendment to her will. It is befitting that the statue of Princess Bernice reading to a young girl to show her love of education and music.
