day 1:demolition

My first attempt in home improvement. I am working with a contractor to renovate my mother's home:kitchen and 2 baths. I have worked the first 2 months researching, locating and coordinating vendors with a given budget and time frame. Thus far, it has been exciting and challenging. Looking forward to the end result and possibly a rewarding job opportunity in the future (among my other talents). Keep your fingers crossed!
